Term: Cheese String Bangs

This was a name given to bangs which hang in either straight or slightly curled strings along the forehead. Often cheese string bangs resemble actual pieces of string cheese which has been shaped to resemble a forehead fringe. This term was first used by HairBoutique.com founder Karen Marie Shelton when referring to stringy bangs which hang limply adjacent to the hairline.
